Primescapes Ltd was established in 2009 as a result of a shared vision between two Landscape Architects full of energy, creativity, integrity and technical knowledge and has grown considerably over the years to become one of the largest design-build companies In Kenya today.
We draw our strength in the diverse talents and the unique combination of professional capability, creative practicability and insatiable ambition to excel from the directors. We have gained invaluable experience from the interest we have put in furthering our knowledge through research studies and associating with other professionals. This has helped us bring into reality a design image to be enjoyed by all through form and content.
We endeavor to seek what has traditionally been and blend it with the ever-changing modern technologies to meet our client’s needs.

Our Office is well versed in Computer Aided Design and are currently using the latest design software in the market.

A normal Project for Landscape design, supervision and implementation services will pass through the stages indicated below.

A Landscape design and build project follows the stages below:

1. Pre-Design

A meeting between the client and designer to discuss the client’s needs and the scope of the project touching on vision and budget. The site is assessed and all existing conditions evaluated to Assists in formulation of a brief.

 2. Conceptual Design

A structure for the design is then created through a functional diagram which organizes the site by linking uses compatible with each other. Space planning, engaging consultants and preliminary estimates of cost.

3. Developed Design

Detailed planning; selecting materials like specific plants, lighting, walkways etc ; presentation drawings; 3D computer models;

4. Documentation

Coordination of consultants; detailed construction documentation and comprehensive specifications.

5. Contract Administration

Tendering; assessment of tenders; tender negotiation & awarding contracts; processing progress claims; processing variations; monitoring defects liability period; final account assessment.

6.Project Implementation

i. Primescapes as Contractor

Assemble and manage the appropriate team necessary to complete your project in protection of its vision, intent and cost.

ii. Primescapes as Consultants

Site observation; quality control; client reports.

7. Post Installation Maintenance

Qualified gardeners are assigned to undertake the day-to-day landscape maintenance work. Ensure proper care and upkeep of your garden after its installation by watering, weeding, mowing, edging, feeding, replacing diebacks and topdressing What we do.
